Remember the "Choose-Your-Own-Adventure" books from when you were a kid? They were created by Edward
Packard in the early 1980s, and were just sheer genius. Each book
is a non-linear narrative centered around the same protagonist:
YOU. As you read, you were regularly presented with choices at the
bottom of the page, which took you in different narrative directions.
Well, we've stolen the idea for the web! Now, you are Max's hapless
suitemate Tommy, faced with a typical Friday night dilemma: stay in and watch
Babylon 5 or go out and "party like Richard Feynman" (the original get-down
physicist). How you choose is up to you, and each choice will
take you down a totally different path. You can start the adventure
many many times and have a different adventure every time-- it all depends on your choices!
